About The Position

Healthcare Administrative Partners, HAP, is looking for a strategic, detail orientated Revenue Cycle Management Director with a customer first mindset to join our fully remote Revenue Cycle Management Team on a full-time basis. Healthcare Administrative Partners is a leading provider of medical billing, coding and consulting for healthcare providers. Our headquarters is located near Philadelphia in Media, PA. Our outsourcing operations are conducted in our Media location as well as in our Portsmouth, NH office. The Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leads and oversees revenue cycle operations to maximize fee-for-service reimbursement. This role is responsible for billing strategy, operations performance, client onboarding, and process improvement, while partnering with executive leadership to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare billing management experience .
  • Extensive knowledge of the full revenue cycle , including AR, ATB, denials, and adjustments.
  • Required experience using Imagine billing software .
  • Required experience with payment posting , reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Experience managing Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing .
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead RCM operations teams to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve billing workflows, efficiency, and reimbursement outcomes.
  • Oversee new client onboarding and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships.
  • Partner with executive leadership on company strategy and operational planning.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development.
