The Director of Retail Sales is responsible for leading the retail sales strategy and execution for the company's branded CPG snack portfolio across the U.S. market. This role will manage strategic retail accounts, drive revenue and distribution growth, strengthen retailer partnerships, and deliver profitable sales results across grocery, mass, club, convenience, natural, specialty, and emerging retail channels. This role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. CPG snack landscape, including retailer category strategy, syndicated data, trade promotion management, broker and distributor partnerships, and new item commercialization. The Director will work closely with internal teams and external retail partners to expand distribution, improve velocity, execute promotional plans, and build long-term brand presence at shelf.
