About The Position

As Director of Retail Operations, you will oversee a multi-concept environment including a Food Hall, concessions, pop-ups, and a coffee bar, bringing energy, consistency, and leadership to a high-visibility operation. This role is ideal for an operator who enjoys building teams, being present on the floor, and growing a business that serves thousands of guests each week.

Requirements

Leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or other high volume hospitality environments
Proven ability to lead and develop hourly teams
Strong operational foundation with a hands on leadership approach
Ability to manage multiple service points in a guest facing environment
Comfortable operating within a seven day a week schedule

Nice To Haves

Experience in cultural institutions, attractions, or public venues preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Lead day to day operations across Food Hall, concessions, pop-ups, and coffee bar
Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 associates
Ensure consistent standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation
Oversee scheduling, labor planning, and daily staffing needs in a seven day a week operation
Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support guests and teams
Partner with culinary, facilities, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and operational standards
