Plan and manage the Human Resources and Operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, associates, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. This role involves directing day-to-day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing operations. It also includes responding to customer trends and needs, marketing Food and Beverage outlets, developing and managing menus, package deals, promotions, and presentations. The position requires developing and managing the department's business/marketing plan and budget, analyzing and controlling labor and food costs, and managing the maintenance and sanitation of Food and Beverage areas and equipment. Implementation and management of company programs, including safety and sanitary regulations, and execution of the Accident Prevention Program are also key responsibilities. The role involves interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff performance.
