About The Position

Moldaw Residences is excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Director of Resident Services & Experience. This new leadership position will oversee Resident Services, Concierge/Front Desk, and Transportation and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, responsive, and exceptional experience for our residents and families.

Requirements

Associate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare administration, property management, or a related service-oriented environment.
2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and working with older adults.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Resident Services, Concierge/Front Desk, and Transportation teams.
Oversee the new resident move-in, orientation, and transition experience.
Build strong relationships with residents and families and assist with complex or unresolved concerns.
Partner with department leaders to ensure resident needs are appropriately addressed and followed through.
Develop and maintain service standards that promote resident satisfaction, hospitality, and accountability.
Identify opportunities to improve resident services and the overall resident experience.
Maintain a visible and approachable leadership presence throughout the community.
