About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort San Antonio is searching for a Director of Rehabilitation to join their Dynamic team. This position is open to PT/PTA, OT/COTA, CCC-SLP. In this role, you will manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume caseload of all skilled patients, have experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses, and possess management and staff development experience. A dedication to superior service and outcomes is essential. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP License in TX
Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses
Management and staff development experience
Dedication to superior service and outcomes

Nice To Haves

Experience with Rehab Optima
Programming with ACP modalities

Responsibilities
