About The Position

Director of Rehabilitation Sharon Care Center | Centralia, Washington Sharon Care Center is seeking a motivated and collaborative Director of Rehabilitation to lead our experienced, in-house therapy team in Centralia, Washington. Sharon Care Center is a family-owned and operated senior care community offering Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care all on one campus. This creates a unique opportunity for our rehabilitation team to support residents across multiple levels of care—from short-term skilled rehabilitation and long-term care to ongoing Medicare Part B therapy services within our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. We are fortunate to have an experienced team of therapists, many of whom have worked at Sharon Care Center for years and know our residents, staff, and community well. We also believe great rehabilitation doesn't happen in a silo. Our therapy and nursing departments work closely together, with strong communication and collaboration focused on helping residents regain function, maintain independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes. We're looking for a Director who wants to build on that foundation.
