About The Position

This is a leadership role where you will lead the therapy department while continuing to treat patients within your discipline. It is a hands-on leadership position ideal for an experienced clinician ready to grow into or continue in a leadership position. The company is open to Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OTR), Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA). The role is located in Parksley, Virginia, on the Eastern Shore, known for its coastal lifestyle and proximity to beaches.

Requirements

• Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA (Virginia)
• Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required
• Strong understanding of Medicare, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• A clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and quality care

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the rehab department
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations
• Mentor and develop therapy staff
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
