About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to join their team at The Heights of Tomball, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Tomball, TX. This full-time, salaried position involves overseeing the rehabilitation program's clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial viability, and operational success. The role includes planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical services, documentation, billing, and customer relations. The DOR will also identify growth opportunities within the CCRC and evaluate employee and program effectiveness. This leadership role offers the opportunity to inspire a team, make a meaningful impact, and shape the therapy department with strong corporate support.

Requirements

  • Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
