Relient Health is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Rockland, MA. Requirements

• Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP in MA
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
• Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards

• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the rehab department and therapy staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
