About The Position

We are on Fire! Ignite Medical Resort Adams Parc is searching for a Director of Rehabilitation to join our Dynamic team. This position is open to PT/PTA, OT/COTA , CCC-SLP. In this role, you will manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations.

Requirements

• Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or CCC-SLP License in KS (required)
• Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses
• Management and staff development experience
• Dedication to superior service and outcomes
• Licensed in the state of Oklahoma: PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Rehab Optima
• Programming with ACP modalities

Responsibilities

• Manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations
• Manage a high volume caseload of all skilled patients
