About The Position
Relient Health is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Rockland, MA. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a therapy professional passionate about guiding teams, improving outcomes, and ensuring top-tier patient care. The facility is mission-driven and known for quality therapy outcomes and a strong interdisciplinary team. The DOR will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a supportive work environment that promotes both patient recovery and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP in MA
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
- Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership to the rehab department and therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, documentation, and productivity goals
- Support, mentor, and evaluate team members to maximize performance
- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and corporate teams on patient outcomes and operational goals
