About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Norman is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join their team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of in-house therapy services and handling a high volume caseload of skilled patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a post-acute setting with complex diagnoses, as well as management and staff development experience, with a dedication to superior service and outcomes.

Requirements

Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or CCC-SLP License in OK (required)
Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses
Management and staff development experience
Dedication to superior service and outcomes
Licensed in the state of Oklahoma: PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP

Nice To Haves

Experience with Rehab Optima
Programming with ACP modalities

Responsibilities

Manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations
Manage a high volume caseload of all skilled patients
