About The Position
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. This opportunity is open to licensed Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists who enjoy developing clinicians and keeping a skilled nursing rehab department running smoothly.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and clinical documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead daily PT, OT, and SLP services, including staffing, scheduling, and caseload coordination
- Mentor clinicians, provide feedback, and support staff development
- Monitor documentation, clinical outcomes, and department performance
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to address resident care needs
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable therapy regulations
