About The Position
The Director of Rehab will supervise and support rehabilitation staff across OT, SLP, and PT disciplines. This role ensures clinical programs operate effectively and consistently, leads and participates in facility and management meetings, and assists with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives. The Director will monitor compliance with screening, documentation, and chart audit requirements, ensure staff follow all policies and procedures, and collaborate with management to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience
- LTC or rehabilitation experience required
- Active Oklahoma license required
- Must accept the posted rate for submission.
