About The Position

This role involves directing the development and implementation of clinical program policies and strategies, leading staffing initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, overseeing the departmental budget, and translating organizational objectives into actionable departmental plans.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the development and implementation of forward-thinking clinical program policies and strategies that elevate our standard of care and align with overall organizational goals.
  • Lead all staffing initiatives—including hiring, onboarding, continuous training, and performance evaluations—to foster a highly skilled, engaged, and supportive clinical team.
  • Collaborate deeply with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to identify operational hurdles, introduce innovative care services, and continuously improve performance across the board.
  • Oversee and manage the departmental budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and smart purchasing decisions that protect both financial health and clinical quality.
  • Translate big-picture organizational objectives into clear, actionable departmental plans and standards that the team can confidently execute every day.
