About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Parkvue Community in Sandusky, OH (Erie County, OH) is seeking its next employee-owner. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence September 1, 2026. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous managerial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community.
• Maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
