About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence November 1, 2026. Symbria is a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience required or experience as a Team Lead
• At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
