This role carries two closely connected areas of accountability: on-the-ground Clinic Operations, and the Business Operations functions that sit adjacent to, but materially influence, daily clinic performance. The Director of Regional Operations will own overall operational and financial performance across all market locations, including productivity, patient volume, patient experience, and cost management. They will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each site and drive accountability for results through the Clinical and Administrative Managers. Regular site visits across all locations are expected to assess performance, coach managers, and ensure consistent execution of standards. This role involves identifying operational inefficiencies and leading process improvement initiatives to standardize best practices across the market, as well as partnering with managers to resolve escalated patient, staff, and operational issues. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring clinic schedules are optimized for provider capacity, patient access, and revenue generation, monitoring scheduling templates, and partnering to resolve bottlenecks. Vendor management, local market strategy and growth, provider hiring and onboarding, financial performance oversight, marketing and community engagement, and team leadership and development are also key components of this position.
