About The Position

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting & Talent Development to lead, develop, and inspire its national recruiting organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a team of National Recruiters while building the next generation of recruiting talent through structured onboarding, coaching, and professional development. The role involves partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and executive leadership to drive recruiter performance, improve hiring outcomes, and create scalable development programs that support company growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving recruiting excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience
  • Proven track record of developing successful recruiters and recruiting teams
  • Healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading performance management, coaching, and organizational development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, contract negotiations, budgets, and commission structures
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of National Recruiters supporting healthcare travel staffing nationwide.
  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting performance goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and career development, including regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Own the onboarding and development experience for all newly hired recruiters during their first 9–15 months.
  • Design and deliver structured training programs covering sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement execution.
  • Establish measurable ramp milestones and monitor recruiter progress through 30/60/90-day and ongoing development checkpoints.
  • Provide individualized coaching plans and corrective guidance to help recruiters achieve performance expectations.
  • Develop standardized onboarding materials, playbooks, and training resources that create a consistent new-hire experience.
  • Coordinate seamless transitions for recruiters moving to long-term leadership teams.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop recruiting strategies that maximize clinician placements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on sourcing campaigns and recruitment communications.
  • Participate in workforce planning and recruiter capacity forecasting.
  • Approve clinician contract rates in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and recruiter success.
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and company policies.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure recruiting systems effectively support the recruiting organization.
  • Represent the recruiting organization during internal meetings, leadership sessions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
