Develops and manages resort activity programs, including coordinating activities and purchasing equipment and supplies. Manages pools, health club, and kid’s club, overseeing maintenance, daily upkeep, and cleanliness. Makes management decisions and provides departmental guidance for all Resort operations related activities. Provides and models service behavior to guests and employees, reinforcing appropriate culture. Conducts administrative activities to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees in Recreation, Kid’s Club, Poolside Restaurant, and other Resort Operations teams.
