Role Overview The Director of Recovery Place Seattle functions as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team under the direct supervision the Chief of Inpatient/Residential Services to oversee substance use programs at Recovery Place Seattle. The Director of Recovery Place Seattle works alongside the Associate Medical Director and the Director of Nursing to oversee daily utilization management and serve as an advisor for clinical program development and staff training at Recovery Place Seattle- Beacon Hill. The Director of Recovery Place Seattle implements a care model that ensures clinical quality, transitions, linkages and whole person care, ensuring optimal health outcomes and seamless care along the healthcare continuum. The Director should have knowledge of residential inpatient treatment operations management, substance use disorders, hospital/jail systems, crisis and diversion, care transitions, and fully integrated managed care systems.
