This position is pending contract award. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2026. The Director of Quality is responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) and Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures all aircraft, training devices, maintenance activities, and supplier provided products meet AAR, OEM, FAA, and Government customer requirements. This role oversees all aspects of the Aircraft Maintenance Program’s Environment, Health, and Safety program and serves as the functional supervisor for all Quality Control Inspectors assigned to the CBP Program. The Director of Quality acts as the primary liaison with Government oversight representatives, the Helicopter OEM, and the FAA, ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and training related quality requirements. This position is accountable for audit readiness, Government surveillance support, and timely response to all findings, observations, and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
