Requirements

• Background in the space or aerospace industry is desirable.
• Candidates with significant quality control experience in one or more of the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply: High-tech assembly and manufacturing, Solar industry, Wafer and cell manufacturing, Circuit production or electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Extensive professional experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and execute department-level quality strategies.
• Strong command of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
• Proven experience in manufacturing process control and statistical analysis.
• Leadership experience managing non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Track record of successfully reducing DPPM and Total Cost of Poor Quality in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
