About The Position

A medical facility located near Wichita, Kansas is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Quality to join their team. This position will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the organization’s Quality, Infection Prevention & Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Case Management programs. This role is instrumental in driving patient safety initiatives, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring regulatory excellence through close collaboration with executive leadership, medical staff, and the governing board. The Director will lead the organization’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. This role is responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operational leadership, including staffing, departmental performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Master's degree in Nursing or comparable field
• At least 3 years of hospital leadership experience
• Previous Quality experience
