About The Position
We are rebuilding what quality engineering means in an AI-native world, where agents generate, run, and grade tests alongside people. This role is for someone who wants to define that shift, not just adapt to it. You will lead a team through the shift from manual QA to an agentic practice, shape how we define and measure quality, and have a real voice in how fast this company is able to move. It's a leadership role and a builder's role at the same time.
