The Director of Quality Control ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of archival practices across all collections in Archival Services. This role safeguards the department’s standards by developing and monitoring quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance with archival best practices, and implementing risk-mitigation strategies, that protect the accessibility and long-term preservation of assets. Serving as both a steward of auditory practice and a leader of continuous improvement, the Director of Quality Control strengthens accountability, enhances operational excellence, and upholds the company’s reputation as a reliable custodian of corporate and sports heritage. Central to this role and its annual evaluations is the ability to positively influence the Archival Services department through a strong leadership presence that epitomizes Heritage Werks’ core values: integrity, empathy, teamwork and innovation.
