About The Position
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking a visionary transportation engineering and infrastructure leader to guide complex capital programs from planning through construction. This executive role involves leading major infrastructure initiatives, managing highly skilled professionals, and delivering projects that support one of the fastest-growing regions in the nation. Located within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, NTTA supports mobility and economic development across Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties through its toll road network. The Project Delivery Department plans, designs, and constructs infrastructure and maintenance projects supporting NTTA’s Five-Year Capital Plan and long-term transportation goals. Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director of Infrastructure, the Director of Project Delivery ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, aligning with NTTA’s mission. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in transportation and infrastructure programs, skilled in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and consultant partners, and an exceptional communicator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- More than 15 years of progressively responsible engineering and project delivery experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, or ability to obtain Texas reciprocity within three months of employment
- Valid driver’s license

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant transportation infrastructure experience
- Executive-level capital program leadership experience
- Experience managing large consultant teams and complex public infrastructure projects
