About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) to lead their branch in Port Charlotte, FL. This is a full-time leadership role focused on branch operations and clinical excellence. The organization's mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate home health services while supporting their team with growth, autonomy, and leadership backing. Concierge Home Care has expanded across 60+ counties in Florida since 2015 and is continuing to grow.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Employment may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations
• Build and execute a local business plan
• Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts
• Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent
• Coach and develop staff for high performance
• Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally to grow market share
• Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery
