Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in the bottling and manufacturing industry.
Strong financial management acumen.
Proven track record in overseeing company operations, finance, and quality assurance.
Effective long-term planning and program evaluation skills.
Ability to establish and nurture relationships with management, employees, government agencies, and the public.
Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written formats.
Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Problem-solving prowess.
Ability to make informed decisions while maintaining open dialogue with executive management.

Responsibilities

Establish and uphold operations standards focused on cost control, waste reduction, quality, and safety.

Steer production scheduling and capacity planning.
