About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in durable goods or physical product categories
  • Proven success leading product teams and managing complex product portfolios
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with modern PM tools
  • Ability to interpret product and customer data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence
  • Experience building and evaluating product development metrics

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing product management team
  • Own and continuously improve our stage‑gate process, emphasizing speed‑to‑market and cross‑functional alignment
  • Drive profitability, competitiveness, and revenue growth across product lines
  • Manage compliance, regulatory, and sustainability requirements for new products
  • Conduct market and product research, including travel to trade shows, customers, and suppliers
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, and sales to define requirements and prioritize features
  • Present product strategy and project updates to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product categories
