OrthoFi is seeking a Director of Product to lead their Practice Growth product domain. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Denver Office twice a week. The Director will be responsible for setting the strategy to help customers convert prospective patients into active ones by building tools, workflows, and intelligence. Financial offer optimization is a key part of this strategy. The ideal candidate is curious about customers, strategically clear, and capable of improving their team's performance. The Practice Growth domain encompasses the patient experience, practice operations, and financial performance, focusing on the journey from first contact to a signed agreement and first payment. This includes understanding the experience of practice staff and patients, as well as the digital interactions supporting the conversion process. The role requires a deep understanding of both the conversion experience and its economics, as financial offer complexity significantly impacts conversion rates, upfront cash flow, and payment completion. The Director will own this domain end-to-end, defining strategy, driving outcomes, and leading a team of high performers.
