The domain encompasses patient accounts receivable, collections tooling, patient payment plan experience, payment processing, practice billing, and lender interoperability. The Director will own product strategy, drive outcomes, and partner with Finance and other product domains. They will lead a team as both a strategic leader and a hands-on practitioner.
