Key responsibilities include owning the upstream truth of Education products, encompassing user and competitive insights, narrative, category framing, and strategic conditions to build solutions that improve learning outcomes and institutional resilience. The role requires deep partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape the roadmap, influence prioritization, and ensure effective problem-solving. Additionally, the Director will craft compelling stories to help students understand the value of Microsoft AI products in their learning journey.
