We're seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Crisis Management pillar. If you have real world experience managing through crisis – whether in cyber incidents, IT incidents, business incidents or other contexts, you’ll immediately see the value of Ready1 and more importantly, know how to steer it. You'll set the product vision and strategy, oversee the Ready1 product managers, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company, partners, and customers to deliver market leading, world class solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver effective technological solutions required.
  • 5+ years of product management (or closely related) experience, with at least 3 years in a direct management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Crisis response experience strongly desired.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product strategy and roadmap for our Crisis Management product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development opportunities for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this data to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice-versa, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset across the product team, advocating for user needs and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the product team in executive meetings and present product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance evaluation.
