About The Position

As Director of Cloud Product Management at Epicor, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud platform portfolio, shaping how enterprise customers adopt and scale cloud technologies. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud capabilities. You will be responsible for driving long-term product direction while building a high-performing team and fostering a culture rooted in customer focus and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering cloud-based or infrastructure products at scale
• 10+ years of product management experience, including building public and private cloud solutions
• Strong experience identifying customer pain points and translating them into actionable product requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with sales teams and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, Linux/Unix environments, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working with SaaS platform transformation or cloud-native products across multiple service types
• 7+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams
• Experience with identity and access management platforms, including Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with experience resolving complex system and performance issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience designing reusable platform capabilities instead of one-off solutions
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve product management efficiency

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cloud product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned to business objectives
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud platform capabilities, from ideation through delivery and optimization
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning within cloud and platform services
• Partner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear product direction
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing best practices and driving team performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
