About The Position

Decisiv is seeking a Director of Product Management with over 10 years of experience to lead and evolve its enabling data platform and shared services, known as the Decisiv Data Network (DDN). This role is responsible for the product strategy and execution of Decisiv's enterprise-grade data platform, encompassing shared services like user and identity management, customer onboarding, APIs, and developer/partner enablement. The DDN is crucial infrastructure for data exchange, interoperability, and network effects across customers, partners, and service networks. The position requires a blend of platform strategy, data expertise, and people leadership. The Director will collaborate with customers and partners to understand data integration needs, work with internal teams to translate these into a platform vision and roadmap, and focus on delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring scalability, security, and extensibility. The role involves leading and developing an existing team of Product Managers, providing coaching and strategic direction, while remaining hands-on in guiding products through their lifecycle. The Director will be part of a collaborative Product organization and will partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing. This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel.
