About The Position

As a Director of Product Management for Candidate Trust & Evaluation, you will manage a team of product managers who collectively own screening: the portfolio that drives return on investment from the moment a candidate clicks the Apply button. That work spans screener questions, AI evaluation, candidate trust (including verifications and related signals), and automations such as AI Recruiter and automated interview scheduling. You will set and continuously refine strategy for the domain, translating company and business-unit goals into a clear, coherent screening portfolio, and holding your team accountable for outcomes that improve screening ROI and ladder up to those goals. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business leadership to align on priorities, resources, and sequencing across these products. You bring deep experience across AI, trust, and hiring automation, and you use that breadth to shape both what the organization bets on and how your teams operate. You will hire, develop, and coach product managers at every level, building career paths that grow senior ICs and future product leaders. Your leadership will ensure screening creates meaningful, balanced value for employers and candidates with aligned incentives that strengthen hiring outcomes over time.
