Job Title Director of Product - Employee Management What does a great Director of Product - Employee Management do at Fiserv? You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for all employee-facing tools within the Clover ecosystem. This includes Team Management (permissions/roles), time tracking, scheduling, and payroll, etc. This role requires a unique blend of product strategy and business development acumen. You will not only build native features but also serve as the primary product counterpart for critical strategic partners, including ADP and Homebase. You will determine what we build, how we partner, and create a best-in-class experience for merchants both in the US and internationally.

Requirements

  • 10 years of product management experience.
  • Strong domain expertise in POS, payments, and SMB software ecosystems.
  • 3 years' experience in employee management software.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to participate in architectural and data discussions.
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional product initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for prioritization, performance measurement, and storytelling.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience managing SMB employees
  • Executive communication and influence skills, with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI led development.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision for Clover’s Employee Management suite.
  • Translate merchant needs into a cohesive roadmap, balancing native feature development with partner integrations.
  • Act as a hands-on product owner: writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and working side-by-side with engineering and design to ship high-quality software.
  • Identify stakeholders and elicit stakeholder needs, pain points, requirements, and priorities.
  • Help develop trainings, user documentation etc., as needed.
