About The Position

Quite Remarkable (QR) is seeking a Director of Portfolio Development to build and curate a distinctive collection of homes in key global markets. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding high-quality inventory aligned with the brand. The company curates a portfolio of remarkable homes, boutique hotels and resorts, rare experiences, and transformative wellness programs in some of the world’s most inspiring destinations. By combining thoughtful curation, proprietary technology, and elevated service, Quite Remarkable connects members to places and moments that go far beyond traditional travel. This role is based in their brand-new Beverly Hills-area office and will be fully in-office, with potential travel as needed.

Requirements

8+ years in real estate, hospitality, or luxury travel
Strong network within residential or hospitality markets
Experience negotiating deals and managing partnerships
A strong eye for quality and brand alignment
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero
AI-native—not “AI-aware.”
Proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation

Responsibilities

Identify and secure premium homes in priority destinations
Build relationships with homeowners, brokers, and partners
Define and uphold portfolio standards and curation criteria
Negotiate agreements and manage the pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate with brand and marketing to ensure alignment
Continuously refine the portfolio based on member demand
Design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage
Use generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation
