About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an experienced Director of Plant Operations and Environmental Services for a rewarding career opportunity. This role involves managing Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standards, PAM Health Policies, and budgetary limitations. The position requires conducting inspections and maintaining the facility and equipment to ensure compliance with the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of related experience required.
- Hospital maintenance experience required.
- Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Community electrical maintenance license if required.
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
Responsibilities
- Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.
- Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.
