Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Community electrical maintenance license if required.
- Minimum of five years of related experience (maintenance/plant ops experience) required.
- Hospital maintenance experience required.
- Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, life safety, electrical
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
- 2 years of plant ops or maintenance director with supervision of 5 or more staff experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.
- Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved. Require on call.
