About The Position

RPM Healthcare partners with physician practices, specialty groups, medical organizations, and health systems to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and care management programs. We operate as an extension of our partners, helping them improve patient outcomes, increase engagement, generate new revenue, and reduce administrative burden. This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations across the country. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, and be directly responsible for generating new revenue. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, physician liaison, or related experience
  • Proven ability to generate your own opportunities and close business
  • Experience calling on physician practices, healthcare organizations, or healthcare decision-makers preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality with a willingness to prospect daily
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person meetings
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to win
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations nationwide
  • Conduct both phone-based and in-person business development activities
  • Build relationships with Practice Administrators, Practice Managers, Physicians, Executive Directors, COOs, and Owners
  • Generate your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and office visits
  • Conduct discovery meetings and identify growth opportunities
  • Present RPM Healthcare's solutions and value proposition
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Negotiate and close new business agreements
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
