About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Director of Pharmacy for an interim coverage opportunity at a behavioral health facility in the Byron Center, MI area. This role will oversee pharmacy operations and support medication management within an inpatient behavioral health setting.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
- Behavioral health or inpatient experience preferred
- Experience with HCS preferred
- Experience with Omnicell preferred
- Background check including education verification and OIG
- Drug screen
- Copy of pharmacist license
- TB blood draw result
- Position-specific competency assessment
- Orientation packet completion
- HIPAA training
- Code of Conduct attestation
Responsibilities

- Inventory maintenance and medication management
- Oversight of pharmacy operations
- Support compliance with pharmacy and facility standards
