About The Position

A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to join their team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. The Director of Pharmacy leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication services. They provide clinical pharmacy care, including direct patient management, therapy optimization, and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations. Additionally, the role drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.

Requirements

• Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
• License to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Oregon
• 2 or more years of pharmacy experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or supervision experience preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
