The Director of Human Resources will build the people systems, practices, and culture that enable Karoo to scale quickly without losing what makes it special. This leader will be responsible for recruiting infrastructure, performance management, manager enablement, compensation frameworks, and employee experience, while deeply understanding the unique needs of care delivery teams vs. business and technology teams in a digital health environment. This is a hands-on, self-directed role. To start, you will be Karoo’s most senior HR leader and will be expected to both set the strategy and do the work. Success requires independence, strong judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
