About The Position

Requirements

• Associate degree + 1 year experience, or Bachelor’s in related field
• 1+ year food service management experience (acute care preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems

Nice To Haves

• CDM, DTR, or RD preferred
• ServSafe® a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead patient dining programs aligned with clinical needs
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with diet orders and patient preferences
• Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence
• Maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA, federal/state standards)
• Support QA/PI initiatives and department programs
