The Director of Pathway Programs & Partnerships is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and growth of Touro University California's educational pathway programs and partnerships. The position will work across TUC's colleges and programs to develop sustainable pathways that introduce students to health professions and other TUC educational opportunities and support their progression toward undergraduate, graduate, and professional education. The Director will build and maintain strategic relationships with K-12 schools and school districts, community colleges, four-year institutions, healthcare organizations, community-based organizations, and other partners to expand access to educational and career opportunities. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing pathways for students from the communities served by TUC and creating programs that strengthen the pipeline into healthcare and other high-need professions. Working closely with academic leadership, admissions, student affairs, advancement, faculty, and external partners, the Director will help move pathway initiatives from concept to implementation and establish systems to evaluate participation, outcomes, and institutional impact.
