About The Position

Requirements

At least 6 years of progressively responsible Parks and Recreation experience.
Proven supervisory experience managing personnel, programs, facilities, and diverse teams.
Strong skills in budgeting, purchasing, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, community members, elected officials, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and deliver measurable community outcomes.
