Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Director to lead and oversee our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) teams across the state. PACT delivers an intensive, mobile, wrap-around array of psychiatric and social support services directly to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, particularly those who experience complex barriers to care or have not succeeded in traditional clinic-based settings. Utilizing an evidence-based, multidisciplinary team approach—incorporating psychiatry, nursing, clinical social work, vocational support, and peer specialists—the PACT service delivers flexible, person-centered care directly in clients' homes and communities. The ideal candidate is an experienced, compassionate, and strategically minded clinical leader with a deep commitment to community-based adult mental health. Candidates should hold an advanced clinical license (e.g., LICSW or LMHC) alongside substantial supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an outpatient or community-focused behavioral health setting.
